We have a hassle free 15-day Returns/Exchange Policy here at Ruse. You can place a request for returns through the "Exchange/Return" section in the footer menu or write in to us at customercare@ruse.in to initiate the same. In case of size exchange, if there is a difference in the product prices, then the Customer is expected to pay only the difference in the amounts, through prepaid method of payment, in order for us to process the exchange smoothly. Cash on Delivery option is not available for exchanges.

In case of returns and refunds on promotional products and products on sale, the refunds are issued on pro-rata basis.

All defective orders will be replaced by Ruse at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for the items we sell and promote.

All damaged orders will be replaced by Ruse at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for our packaging and shipping methods. If the item arrives damaged and the customer wishes to keep the item we can negotiate a credit for the damage, however pictures will be required.

Refund turnaround time is 10 working days post refund approval.

                  How soon will I get my refund?

                  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
                  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
