  • What is the Returns/Exchange Policy?
    We have a 15 day hassle free Returns/Exchange Policy here at Ruse. You can place a request for returns through the "Return Request" section in the footer menu or write in to us at customercare@ruse.in to initiate the same. In case of size exchange, if there is a difference in the product prices, then the Customer is expected to pay only the difference in the amounts, through prepaid method of payment, in order for us to process the exchange smoothly. Cash on Delivery option is not available for exchanges.
  • What happens if my order is defective?
    All defective orders will be replaced by Ruse at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for the items we sell and promote.
  • What happens if my order is damaged?
    All damaged orders will be replaced by Ruse at no cost to the customer. We take full responsibility for our packaging and shipping methods. If the item arrives damaged and the customer wishes to keep the item we can negotiate a credit for the damage, however pictures will be required.
